The Hatchling

"The Hatchling" is the name Mike has given to this photo. It is of the Apollo 11 hatch, redesigned after the Apollo 1 fire. Removed before the capsule was put on display, Mike commissioned a large-format photo of it while he was director of the National Air & Space Museum. We wanted to offer it to our customers, but Mike wanted it reproduced FULL SIZE, so after 5 years, here it is,reproduced as a laminated giclee, with 4" of black on either side--plenty of room to collect Apollo autographs. 30" x45". It can be transported in its stout shipping tube. Lamination avoids fingerprints, dents and is a superb writing surface.
