If you're using our online ordering system...

• Your order is NOT charged in real time. We do it manually later, after a thorough review.
• The international shipping charges are estimated when you check out.
  • Our software is now able to estimate shipping based on the size and weight of items in your order and the destination after you enter your shipping information but before you supply your payment information.
  • Rates are provided by USPS.
  • Insurance is optional but is not available for every service
  • Insurance and tracking are not available for Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes or Small Flat-Rate Boxes
  • YOU are responsible for customs or GST fees. We cannot quote these, because they change frequently, often at the whim of the official. Larger packages often raise suspicion with officials, while smaller packages often get through unencumbered.
• Although our estimated international shipping charges are usually accurate, adjustment may be necessary when we ship your order. Large orders may need to be shipped in multiple boxes. We may use an alternate carrier if it saves you money while providing the same level of service. If we do find this necessary we will contact you via email before your credit card is charged.
• Framed items and books are NOW available internationally online. Our software is able to estimate shipping rates in real-time. We will combine packages or use an alternate carrier if it saves you money.
• A package of one to four 8"x10" photos typically costs $15 Priority Mail International. Larger items must go Express mail as it is quick, insurable and trackable (but also dutiable). We do a lot of business internationally, and we'd love to have you on board!
• You are responsible for customs fees, duties or import taxes. We cannot figure these for you, as they change all the time, and are at the discretion of customs officials.
