Return to the Moon

This is a timetable and rationale for a return to the moon, for the resources that can be gathered and and processed there. Helium-3, needed for future fusion reactors, is scarce on Earth but plentiful on the moon. Hydrogen, Oxygen and recently discovered water are also recoverable.
